The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:
The Mobility Operations Specialist will be responsible for working within a small team of dedicated operational individuals to build, test, implement and maintain operational process and solutions based on a set standards and requirements. This includes the ability to translate vendor products, product code, roadmap services and implement without negatively impacting current processes. The Mobility Operations Specialist will provide the engineering and fourth level support for Mobile support and operations services. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding Mobile Device management tools, Mobile security, and how products integrates into RTX and our business units. This Individual will be responsible for understanding the overall product, how to manage, support and initiate changes including the ability support Mobile hardware, Applications, and MDM tools.
