BairesDev is seeking a Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer to design, configure, and maintain secure identity frameworks and Windows systems across the enterprise. You’ll ensure robust access control, system reliability, and threat protection for our core infrastructure.

The role emphasizes implementing SSO/MFA, managing Active Directory, and maintaining endpoint security while enabling 100% remote collaboration with a global Top 1% talent pool. English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Windows systems administration or IAM security.
• Proven expertise with Active Directory and IAM authorization.
• Hands-on experience implementing SSO and MFA solutions.
• Strong background in endpoint security and Windows security engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage Active Directory and IAM systems for enterprise authorization.
• Implement secure SSO and MFA workflows to protect user access.
• Oversee endpoint security solutions to defend Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows system and authorization issues to ensure continuity.
• Write, maintain, and optimize security policies and configurations.
