RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico is seeking a skilled Mobility Device Management Engineer to design, test and implement MDM solutions. You will work with MobileIron, Intune and other MDM tools, configure devices, enforce security policies, and support both on‑premises and cloud environments.
The role requires a university degree and 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.
Formación
- University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years in related role.
- Experience delivering written/verbal reports to varied audiences.
- Experience coordinating upgrades, installations, and integrations.
Responsabilidades
- Implement and manage MDM solutions (MobileIron/Intune).
- Configure and deploy mobile devices, apps and configurations.
- Develop and enforce mobile security policies and standards.
- Participate in vendor meetings to ensure timely delivery and issue awareness.
- Provide architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring and backup for multiple MDM environments.
- Architect improvements spanning service delivery and security.
