RTX is seeking a Business Analyst for the Data & Insights team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on developing data-driven solutions to improve planning and execution, with emphasis on data engineering standards, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, translate them into actionable specs, and work with IT and operations to deliver effective, compliant systems while supporting change management and training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with focus on requirements gathering and governance.
• Experience working with Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current business processes and documentation, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Develop and implement governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Translate requirements and policies into implementation roadmaps.
• Provide support during implementation of new systems and processes, including user training and change management.
• Ensure rigorous application of information security and information assurance policies in business analysis activities.
