Auxis LLC in Colombia seeks an accounting professional to ensure accurate processing of transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries in line with service levels and contractual requirements. You will support balance sheets and collaborate with staff to resolve complex items.

You will assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting, applying IFRS-GAAP, and using Oracle, Netsuite, or SAP. Strong English and Spanish communication are required.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Technical high school degree in accounting or related college coursework.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and other accounting standards.
• Experience with Oracle, Netsuite, or SAP preferred.

Mansioni

• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial statements.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in maintaining and updating accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with IFRS-GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from other departments and external parties regarding accounting-related matters.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting clerks.
• Participate in special projects, such as audits, budgeting, and forecasting, as assigned by management.
