Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (oral & writing).
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Support month-end and year-end close with journal entries.
• Update accounting policies and controls to ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Participate in audits, budgeting, and forecasting as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from departments and external parties.
