Auxis is seeking an entry-level accounting support professional in Bogotá to ensure timely processing of transactions and to assist with journal entries, ledgers, and related records. You will work with the Staff Accountant to resolve items and support month-end close activities, while developing skills in Excel and office software.

The ideal candidate is a college student in Accounting/Finance, with bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and strong communication.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; oral and written at least B2.
• High school diploma.
• Currently studying Accounting, Finance, or related area.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, process, and verify journal entries and accounting reports.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices and purchase requisitions.
• Enter financial data into accounting systems.
• Maintain records and files for business transactions.
• Provide support to senior/staff accountant with daily requests.
• Follow up on open items for assigned accounts.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
