Auxis in Bogotá is seeking an experienced accounting professional to advance their career in an international environment, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor and handling key mid-to-senior accounting tasks.

You will perform general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and active support for month-end/year-end close processes while ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3+ years of experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years in accounting or finance roles.
• Advanced English (B2+ or above).
• Strong proficiency in GAAP/IFRS and MS Excel.
• Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP) is a plus.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor, you will handle key mid-to-senior accounting operational tasks—from general ledger maintenance, bank and key account reconciliations, to active support in month-end/year-end close processes and GAAP/IFRS compliance.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 3+ years in accounting or finance roles. - Experience managing property accounting or similar functions is a plus
• Languages: Advanced conversational English (B2+ or above).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in GAAP/IFRS, MS Excel, and exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP is a plus).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong collaborative communication.
