Formación

• Professional or technical degree in International Trade, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Previous experience in maritime export operations.
• Knowledge of international logistics processes and maritime transportation.
• Experience coordinating and following up with different stakeholders in the logistics chain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-service orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Basic English required; higher level is a plus.

How you create impact

• Coordinate and follow up on maritime export shipments, ensuring operational continuity throughout the process.
• Secure and coordinate shipment capacity with shipping lines, qualified agents and terminals.

• Prepare, manage and validate the documentation required for maritime shipments.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Care specialists to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
