Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist in Cali, Colombia. You will build strong relationships with customers and coordinate with the Operational Care Center to deliver timely, high-quality solutions for maritime shipments.

The role focuses on Sea Logistics - Maritime with emphasis on export operations, and import experience is also considered. Join a global logistics leader and contribute to excellent customer service.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Care.
• Experience in freight forwarding, cargo agencies or related logistics environments.
• Knowledge of International Trade and maritime logistics operations.
• B2 English level (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and strengthen the relationship with customers throughout Sea Logistics operations.
• Attend to customer requests, inquiries and operational requirements.
• Follow up on maritime shipments and provide clear information to customers.
• Maintain close communication with the OCC (Operational Care Center).
• Coordinate customer requirements with the back-office to ensure correct shipment execution.
• Follow up on operational and financial information related to customer shipments.
• Review, validate and update information in databases.

As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring effective coordination with the operational teams to provide timely and high-quality solutions throughout their maritime shipments.

How you create impact

• Manage and strengthen the relationship with customers throughout their Sea Logistics operations.
• Attend to customer requests, inquiries and operational requirements, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Follow up on maritime shipments and provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding their operations.
• Maintain close communication and coordination with the Operational Care Center (OCC) at Kuehne+Nagel.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the operational back-office to ensure the correct execution of shipments.
• Follow up on operational and financial information related to customer shipments.
• Review, validate and update information in databases.

The position will be focused exclusively on Sea Logistics - Maritime, with particular relevance given to candidates with experience in export operations. Candidates with import experience may also be considered.

What you would like you to bring

• Professional, technical or technological background in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Care.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding companies, cargo agencies, customs agencies or related logistics environments.
• Knowledge of International Trade and maritime logistics operations.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, managing requests, inquiries and operational follow-up.
• Experience in export operations is highly desirable; import experience can also be considered.
• Knowledge of the financial management of shipments.
• B2 English level, both conversational and written.
