GTS, a technology consultancy, seeks a Mid-Level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to lead high-ownership QA efforts. You will design and enhance robust automation frameworks for UI and API testing using Java-based tools (Selenide or Selenium WebDriver), with a focus on collaboration across distributed teams.

Strong problem-solving, initiative, and proactive communication are essential. You will participate in requirements analysis, validate failures, and expand automation coverage

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as an SDET or Test Automation Engineer.
• UI automation using Java with Selenide (preferred) or Selenium WebDriver with Page Object Model.
• REST API automation experience.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and testing; experience with TestRail.
• CI/CD exposure (preferably Jenkins); build tools like Maven/Gradle; Git for version control.
• Understanding of automation design patterns and best practices.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Own testing initiatives from planning to reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain automated UI and API testing frameworks.
• Analyze feature scope and acceptance criteria; debug and validate failures.
• Integrate and monitor automation pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
• Collaborate with developers and product owners on test strategies.
• Question unclear requirements and provide constructive feedback.
• Support developers with guidance on test automation practices.
• Drive QA process improvements to reduce regression time.
