Solvo Global is seeking a part-time Recruiter / Scheduler to support caregiver recruitment and shift planning. This remote role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for caregiver positions, while ensuring care coverage and a positive candidate experience for a U.S.-based home care organization.

You will schedule interviews, assist onboarding, and maintain clear communication with caregivers, patients, and operations teams.

Formación

We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Recruiter / Scheduler to support caregiver recruitment and scheduling operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring adequate staffing coverage while delivering a positive experience to both candidates and caregivers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, scheduling, and healthcare-related environments who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

Employment Type

Part-Time (25 hours per week)

Schedule

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for caregiver positions.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Scheduling, Workforce Coordination, or related roles.
• Experience working in healthcare, home care, medical offices, hospitals, clinics, patient-facing environments, or other healthcare-related settings.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient interactions, healthcare operations, or caregiver coordination.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms, ATS, CRM systems, or scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals, caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating care teams, patients, or medical staff.
• Home Care or Healthcare Staffing experience.
