SalesCloser.ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support and expand a large portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients. You will design scalable engagement programs, leverage data, and partner with onboarding to ensure smooth handoffs and early value realization.

You'll work cross‑functionally to reduce churn, drive renewals, and deliver measurable outcomes across a dynamic, remote team. Fluency in English is essential; a technical, analytical mindset helps you thrive at scale.

Formación

• 2–4 years in Customer Success or similar role
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business
• Strong operational mindset
• Comfortable with data and identifying trends
• Experience building CS playbooks and automation workflows
• Proactive communicator with strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high-volume book of SMB and mid-market accounts
• Drive engagement through scaled touchpoints, not manual check-ins
• Prioritize accounts based on health, risk and opportunity
• Ensure customers launch successfully and reach early value
• Monitor usage and intervene when accounts stall
• Partner with onboarding for smooth handoffs
• Design scalable programs like email sequences, webinars and in-app flows
• Build repeatable onboarding, adoption and renewal playbooks
• Continuously improve processes to support more customers
