Job summary

Chembond Water Technologies Limited in Santacruz (Colombia) seeks a Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between the Sales Team, customers, Accounts, Purchase, Warehouse and Logistics, managing orders from enquiry to delivery.

You will coordinate orders, maintain CRM data, prepare sales MIS, support credit and collections, and help track stock, deliveries and documentation using MS Excel and CRM/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations or Order Management.
• Experience in B2B, chemical distribution, manufacturing or trading preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales for enquiries, POs, and customer requirements; process orders to delivery.
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Logistics for dispatch and stock allocation; track orders.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal departments; manage documents and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records, follow up on payments, and support sales reporting.
• Prepare regular sales MIS, reports and data analysis for management review.
• Assist with purchase, inventory, and credit/collections coordination as needed.
