GEA Group in Bogota is seeking a Sales Support to join our local office. You will enter and manage sales and service orders in SAP, maintain quotes and records in the CRM, and work closely with the sales team to meet delivery deadlines.

You will support CRM administration, participate in team meetings, and communicate effectively with departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze customer consumption patterns to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.

Formación

• Proven experience in closing sales and achieving business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish; English a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP preferred.
• Strong ability to understand technical aspects of products and services.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Autonomy and strong organizational skills to manage tasks independently.
• Strategic thinking to identify new market opportunities and drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and manage sales and service orders in SAP.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and sales activities in CRM.
