Job summary

Chembond Chemicals Ltd. in Colombia seeks a Sales Coordination professional to support enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and customer requirements.

You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely dispatch and accurate order processing. You will maintain records, generate sales MIS, track orders, and assist with accounts, collection and CRM data management, ensuring smooth order flow from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Business Admin with 2–5 years in Sales Coordination.
• Experience in B2B, chemical distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Team for enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and customer requirements.
• Process and coordinate confirmed orders from PO receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for dispatch.
• Track pending, non-billed orders and delays and escalate issues.
• Maintain records of customer requirements, quotations and orders.
• Prepare regular sales MIS and reports.
