Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in Salesforce, CRM, technical support, service desk, or operations support is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades
