Job summary

TalentFuze is expanding its Sales team to drive new business for our digital marketing services. You will own the sales cycle from discovery to close, engaging home service business owners and aligning our SEO offerings with their growth goals.

Ideal candidates are strong closers with excellent English, comfortable with video/phone calls, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Overlaps with U.S. clients are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience closing deals (Marketing agency, SaaS, or service sales preferred).
• Proven track record of hitting or beating quota.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Experience running discovery calls and full-cycle sales.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset.
• Experience selling SEO or marketing services is a plus.
• Comfortable working hours to overlap with U.S. clients.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls with home service business owners.
• Ask the right questions to uncover their goals, pain points, and what they've already tried.
• Present our local SEO and marketing services in a way that ties directly to their business goals.
• Handle objections and close the sale on the call or through tight follow-up.
• Follow up with prospects who need more time and keep deals moving.
• Keep the CRM accurate, with notes, deal stages, and next steps logged after every call.
• Hand off closed clients to the fulfillment team with clear notes on what was sold.
• Share what you're hearing on calls (objections, common questions, patterns) so we can sharpen our pitch.
