EF Language Abroad in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Sales Coordinator to manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, guide prospective students, and build meaningful relationships. You will conduct consultations, host information meetings, and nurture leads through email and social media while collaborating with a dynamic team.

You will represent EF at events and support marketing campaigns, with a focus on delivering exceptional student experiences and achieving recruitment targets.

Formación

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
• Work Experience: Any professional experience, internship, or summer job valued; up to 1 year ideal.
• Language: Upper-intermediate English; additional languages a plus.
• International Experience: Having lived, studied, or worked abroad is a nice-to-have.
• Sales Drive: Strong motivation to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
• People Skills: Passion for building relationships and delivering service.

Responsabilidades

• Own your sales pipeline from initial contact to enrollment.
• Conduct consultations and virtual meetings with prospective students.
• Host Information Meetings to present programs.
• Make welcome calls to nurture relationships after first contact.
• Develop nurturing strategies via email and social media throughout the funnel.
