EF Education First in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Sales Coordinator to manage the student recruitment journey from first contact to enrollment, with no scripts and a focus on meaningful conversations. You will conduct consultations, host information meetings, and nurture prospects via email and social media, collaborating with a dynamic team to support local marketing and events.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, up to 1 year of experience, and strong English;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, tourism, or related fields.
• Up to 1 year of full-time work experience is ideal.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• International experience living/studying/working abroad is nice-to-have.
• Strong sales drive and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own your sales pipeline from initial contact to enrollment.
• Conduct consultations and virtual meetings guiding options with empathy.
• Host information meetings to present EF programs to potential students.
• Make welcome home calls to nurture relationships after initial contact.
• Develop customized nurturing strategies via email and social media to keep prospects engaged.
