Job summary

Forte Group is seeking a leader for RevOps and GTM Engineering to cover sales operations, marketing ops, GTM tech, and AI adoption. You will be the source of truth for commercial performance and will build automations with Forte Group engineers to optimize the revenue engine.

You will be the internal champion for AI in GTM, design the data model, and own forecasting, attribution, and funnel health end-to-end. This role reports to the CEO/founder and requires hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in sales ops, RevOps, marketing ops, or GTM engineering in B2B tech/services.
• Experience applying LLM or AI agent tooling to real workflows (prompt design, orchestration, or RAG in production).
• Active daily use of AI tools in your own work.
• Fluency in GTM mechanics: lead scoring, routing, MQL/SQL, forecasting, and comp plans interaction.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration (fields, flows, validation rules, permissions).
• At least one real automation you built (Zapier/Make/n8n, Salesforce Flow with Apex/API, or custom script).
• Experience with sales compensation, quotas, or territory design.
• Strong data-driven revenue reporting and funnel ownership.

Responsibilities

• Map the lead-to-cash funnel end to end, including all handoffs and scoring rules.
• Define pipeline stages, lifecycle stages, MQL/SQL definitions, and forecasting cadence.
• Build executive reporting for revenue, bookings, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
• Own attribution and cost-per-outcome reporting across campaigns and channels.
• Monitor sales activity against quota attainment and SLA compliance.
• Design GTM tech stack integrations and data models; pilot tools and sunset what doesn’t fit.
• Develop AI automations for lead routing, enrichment, and outbound sequencing.
• Write precise technical specs and collaborate with engineers on builds.
