Jeeves, the fintech operating system, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst in Bogotá to translate sales activity into revenue outcomes through dashboards and timely data.

You will own data models, collaborate with GTM leadership, and apply AI tools to automate reporting and scale insights; a strong foundation in Tableau and CRM data is essential.

This role demands high autonomy and the ability to work across multi-region data, turning complex metrics into clear business decisions.

Formación

• 2-4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Business Analytics, or related GTM role.
• Hands-on Tableau experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM data and connecting it to reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards across partnerships channel and growth initiatives.
• Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment, surfacing patterns.
• Provide interpretations and recommendations when trends shift.
• Support forecasting, quota attainment reporting, and compensation analysis.
• Collaborate with Head of Revenue Operations and GTM leadership on planning and reviews.
• Ensure data quality across HubSpot, Tableau, and financial systems.
