Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of promoters, supervisors, and outsourced retail teams. Track sell-out performance, attendance, store coverage, and other key Field Force KPIs.
• Coordinate promoter recruitment, onboarding, training, incentives, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular store visits to check product display, POSM, demo devices, and promoter performance.
• Support new product launches, retail campaigns, and frontline execution. Work closely with sales teams, retailers, distributors, and agencies to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare regular Field Force reports and provide improvement recommendations.
