Xiaomi Technology in Bogotá is seeking a Field Force Coordinator to manage promoters, supervisors, and outsourced retail teams, tracking sell-out performance, attendance, store coverage, and other Field Force KPIs while driving frontline execution.

You will coordinate promoter recruitment, onboarding, training, incentives, and performance evaluation, conduct regular store visits, support product launches and campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams, retailers, distributors, and agencies to

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Support new product launches, retail campaigns, and frontline execution. Work closely with sales teams, retailers, distributors, and agencies to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare regular Field Force reports and provide improvement recommendations.
