Job summary

Vivant is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Technology Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot technology across multiple restaurant locations. You will support Toast POS, Olo online ordering, Restaurant365, and Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth operations and reliable systems.

This remote role requires independent troubleshooting, strong communication with restaurant teams, and ownership from diagnosis to resolution. Prior openings or deployments and vendor coordination are a plus.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of hands-on restaurant technology support experience.
Strong Toast POS administration experience including menus, modifiers, and permissions.
Experience integrating Olo, Restaurant365, and M365 administration.
Experience supporting restaurant openings or POS deployments through go-live.

Responsibilities

Manage Toast POS hardware and software across locations and troubleshoot errors.
Support Olo online ordering and Toast-to-Restaurant365 integrations.
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and security settings.
Configure new restaurant go-lives and perform pre-opening go-live checks.
Own and close support tickets, documenting solutions and driving process improvements.
