Job summary

Vivant is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Technology Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot technology systems across multiple restaurant locations. You will support Toast POS, Olo, Restaurant365, and Microsoft 365, ensuring reliable operations and smooth restaurant performance.

You will own issues from diagnosis to resolution, coordinate with vendors, and assist with new location go-lives while maintaining strong communication with restaurant teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on restaurant technology support experience.
• Strong hands-on Toast POS administration experience with menu/modifier configuration and hardware provisioning.
• Experience with Olo, Restaurant365, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience supporting a restaurant opening or POS deployment through go-live.
• Independent troubleshooting and problem-solving with a focus on permanent fixes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Toast POS, including terminals, KDS, printers, handhelds, payment terminals, menus, modifiers, and permissions.
• Support Olo online ordering, menu synchronization, order routing, store availability, and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot Toast-to-Restaurant365 integrations and back-office workflows; restore normal operations.
