Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a Workforce Planner Analyst to join our global team. You will ensure reliable 24-7 service through strategic staffing, forecasting and scheduling across regions and languages.

You will support senior planners and leaders with data-driven insights, manage rosters, and optimize resources for growth and events. This role blends analytical rigor with practical scheduling in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis and forecasting to support staffing decisions.
• Ability to analyze historical data and variable demand to forecast volumes.
• Experience with creating and managing staff rosters and schedules.
• Strong understanding of SLA goals and how staffing affects them.
• Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work through typical 6 phases of workforce management: data gathering, cleaning, forecasting, headcount calculation, scheduling and SLA analysis.
• Provide standardized and ad-hoc reports to Operations and regional teams.
• Manage local region rota, ensure adherence to schedules using Genesys.
• Administer annual leave, lieu time and off-floor activities.
• Refresh and present quarterly schedules in line with business needs.
• Meet or beat SLA targets through effective workload planning.
• Organise coverage for holidays and events; arrange overtime when needed.
• Analyze staffing and efficiency; propose improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Approve overtime and lieu time within regions and report monthly.
