Cloudstaff, a leading outsourcing company established in 2005, is seeking a Collections Specialist in Colombia. The role focuses on monitoring balances, sending reminders, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve disputes.

You will ensure invoices are paid before staff kickoff and liaise with external collection partners. The position requires experience with AU/US B2B collections, strong teamwork, and solid knowledge of accounting principles.

Formación

• Experience in APAC and/or AMER Business to Business Collections.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Collections Principles.
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures that Kick Off invoices are paid prior to staff kick off.
• Monitor clients that has outstanding balance.
• Send payment reminders and follow ups.
• Attend to client and inter-department requests, queries, and disputes.
• Review and sends Suspension Notices to clients with overdue balances.
• Liaise with third party debt collection.
• Coordinate with Legal Team, BDM, AMs, and all related parties on contractual issues that may arise.
• Provide ad hoc reports as necessary.

Job description

As Collections Specialist, Employee’s general functions and tasks include:

• Ensures that Kick Off invoices are paid prior to staff kick off
• Monitor clients that has outstanding balance
• Send payment reminders and follow ups
• Attend to client and inter-department requests, queries, and disputes
• Review and sends Suspension Notices to clients with overdue balances
• Liaise with third party debt collection

Qualifications and requirements
