WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator to support renewable energy projects within the PMO. You will assist multiple project managers, monitor schedules, and maintain project tools to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder reporting.

We value strong organization, communication, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires making an impact across engineering, infrastructure, and environmental projects in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting projects preferred.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 is mandatory for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support multiple Project Managers in coordination and administration of projects.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Create and maintain tools for project management purposes.
• Track progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Support project financial tracking: budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in resource planning and workload monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Support contract administration and project controls processes.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation activities.
