WSP in Colombia seeks a Project Coordinator to support renewable energy initiatives (solar, wind, battery storage, hydro) and integrate with our Power Generation team within the PMO in Bogotá.

You will assist multiple Project Managers, monitor schedules, budgets, and milestones, and help build tools for project management while coordinating stakeholders and reporting progress to leadership. A 3–5 year track record in coordination is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project support roles.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• English proficiency (B2–C1) for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support multiple Project Managers in the coordination and administration of multiple projects.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Create, improve and maintain tools for project management purposes.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Support project financial tracking including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in resource planning and workload monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Support contract administration, change management, and project controls processes.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation activities.
