INGEPSY is seeking a Workday Platform Developer to own the day-to-day health of Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY within a global People Foundation team. You will resolve production issues, configure business processes, and maintain security and organizational structures to support worker lifecycle processes.
The role requires 4+ years of Workday experience with strong Core HCM configuration and production support depth, plus English proficiency for collaboration across teams.
Formación
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration
- Experience with Workday Business Processes and worker lifecycle processes
- Production support and troubleshooting experience
Responsabilidades
- Own the day-to-day operational health of the Workday capabilities within the People Foundation Pod.
- Investigate and resolve functional and technical production issues affecting Core HCM and Workday Help.
- Troubleshoot failed business processes, security, and configuration problems.
- Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable fixes with root-cause analysis.
