AgileEngine is seeking a Workday Platform Developer to own the day-to-day health of Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY within the People Foundation pod for a global enterprise. You will investigate and resolve production issues, configure business processes, and maintain security and organizational structures.

With 4+ years of Workday experience, you will partner with HR Shared Services and integration teams to drive root-cause remediation, ensure data integrity, and support Workday integrations

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration.
• Experience with Workday Business Processes and worker lifecycle processes.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot common Workday integration issues.
• Ability to work independently and follow established patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day health of the Workday capabilities within the People Foundation Pod.
• Investigate and resolve production issues affecting Core HCM and Workday Help.
• Troubleshoot business processes, security, and configuration problems.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Maintain configuration health and surface areas of debt.
• Configure Workday functionality supporting foundational HCM processes.
• Troubleshoot integrations and data flows with other teams.
• Partner with Functional Developers for enhancements.
• Support validation of data integrity across Workday and connected systems.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to drive remediation.
