AgileEngine is seeking a Workday Platform Developer to own the day-to-day health of Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY within a People Foundation platform team. You will investigate and resolve production issues, configure business processes, security assignments, and organizational structures, and partner with HR Shared Services to drive remediation.

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience with Workday Business Processes and worker lifecycle.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot Workday integration issues.
• Ability to work independently with established configuration and integration patterns.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day operational health of the Workday capabilities within the People Foundation Pod.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical production issues affecting Core HCM, Workday Help, and worker lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot failed or incorrect business processes, transactions, security assignments, and configuration problems.
• Identify recurring production issues and implement sustainable fixes across functional and technical domains.
• Maintain configuration health and surface areas of debt proactively.
• Configure and maintain Workday functionality supporting foundational HCM processes.
• Perform configuration changes to sustain platform stability and operational effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and correct business process routing, rules, security, and notifications.
• Partner with Functional Developers for larger enhancements or new capabilities.
• Support troubleshooting of Workday integrations affecting People Foundation processes.
• Help determine issue origins and validate data integrity across Workday and connected systems.
• Contribute to stabilization and remediation of recurring integration issues.
• Support Workday Help configuration, routing, security, and business processes.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to identify systemic issues and reduce support volume.
• Support Workday processes and data tied to contractor lifecycle and VNDLY integration.
