AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Workday Platform Developer to own the day-to-day operations of Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY within the People Foundation pod.

You will investigate production issues, configure business processes, and partner with HR Shared Services to drive root-cause remediation in a global enterprise environment. This role requires 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong Core HCM configuration, and the ability to troubleshoot both functional and integration issues.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration.
• Experience with Workday Business Processes and worker lifecycle processes.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot common Workday integration issues.
• Ability to work independently and follow established configuration and integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day operational health of the Workday capabilities within the People Foundation Pod.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical production issues affecting Core HCM, Workday Help, and worker lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot failed or incorrect business processes, transactions, security assignments, and configuration problems.
• Identify recurring production issues and implement sustainable fixes; support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain configuration health and surface areas of technical or functional debt.
• Configure and maintain Workday functionality supporting foundational HCM processes and data.
