INGEPSY is seeking a Workday Platform Developer to own the day-to-day health of Core HCM, Workday Help, and VNDLY within the People Foundation platform team. You will resolve production issues, configure business processes, and partner with HR Shared Services and integration teams to drive root-cause remediation.

4+ years of hands-on Workday experience is required, with strong Core HCM configuration and production support depth.

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration.
• Experience with Workday Business Processes and worker lifecycle processes.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot common Workday integration issues.
• Ability to work independently and follow established configuration and integration patterns.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day operational health of the Workday capabilities within the People Foundation Pod.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical production issues affecting Core HCM, Workday Help, and related worker lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot failed or incorrect business processes, transactions, security assignments, configuration problems, and unexpected system behavior.
• Identify recurring production issues and implement sustainable fixes and root-cause remediation.
• Maintain configuration health and surface areas of technical or functional debt.
• Configure and maintain Workday functionality supporting foundational HCM processes, including worker lifecycle and security assignments.
• Troubleshoot and correct business process routing, rule checks, security, and notifications.
• Partner with Functional Developers for enhancements or new capabilities.
• Support Workday integrations across APIs, data flows, and middleware.
• Validate data integrity across Workday and connected systems.
