Descripción de la vacante

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to translate client needs into concrete delivery plans, defining role structures, teams, estimates, and proposals. You will work with sales, delivery, and presales to articulate our value and shape how software engineering, AI, data analytics, cloud, and quality practices are delivered in client engagements.

You’ll meet leads, sketch solutions, collaborate on proposals, and guide technical conversations to win deals while mentoring teams and advancing

Formación

5+ years of experience building software with teams in the SDLC.
3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Meet with leads and prospects, translating requirements into digestible documents and articulating value of the delivery model.
Travel to meet leads, attending events as the technical expert.
Engage in technical conversations to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
