BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex programs across distributed teams and align executive stakeholders from kickoff to delivery.

You will ensure dependencies, risks, and milestones stay visible and under control, turning complexity into clear, actionable communication for leadership. This is a remote role with rewards for program success and global impact.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.
• Proven experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical programs end-to-end across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Deliver executive-level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep programs on track and unblock delivery.
• Support adoption-driven initiatives, ensuring successful rollout and uptake across teams.
