BairesDev in Colombia is seeking a Technical Manager to serve as the technical expert in discussions with leads and prospects, translating their needs into concrete solutions across role definitions, team compositions, and proposals.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales to articulate the value of our delivery model and provide consultancy on best practices in software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, or quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the SDLC building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team, translating requirements into digestible documents and articulating the value proposition of our delivery model.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events, acting as the technical expert showcasing our capabilities and approach.
• Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
