You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales to shape proposals, team structures, and estimates while ensuring best practices across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, and quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the SDLC building software with teams.
• 3+ years specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Meet leads with the sales team to translate requirements into clear documents and value propositions.

Technical Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll be the technical expert in conversations with leads and prospects, translating their problems and needs into concrete solutions shaped as role definitions, team compositions, project estimates, or proposals. Collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and presales, you'll articulate the value of our delivery model while providing consultancy on best practices across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, or quality. What You'll Do:

• - Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team, translating requirements into digestible documents and articulating the value proposition of our delivery model.

What we are looking for:
