BairesDev is a leading technology partner delivering cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google. In this Technical Manager role, you will translate client needs into concrete delivery plans, shape proposals, and guide technical teams across software engineering, AI, data analytics, cloud, and quality.
You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales, translating requirements into value-driven solutions.
Formación
- 5+ years building software with teams in the SDLC.
- 3+ years specialized experience in a specific SDLC area or technology.
- Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
- Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
- Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team, translating requirements into digestible documents and articulating the value proposition of our delivery model.
- Travel to meet leads and attend events, acting as the technical expert showcasing our capabilities and approach.
- Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
- Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
- Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
