BairesDev is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects in a fully remote setup. You will coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to scope and budget.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage risks, and communicate progress to leadership while aligning technical and business perspectives. Advanced English is required to collaborate with global teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining clear communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams follow best practices for project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
