BairesDev, a leading technology partner, seeks a Technical Manager to translate client needs into concrete delivery plans. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales to shape proposals, team structures, and estimates while ensuring best practices across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, and quality.
Join a 100% remote global team, engage with leads and prospects, travel occasionally to events, and mentor engineers while driving successful deals and innovative
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in the SDLC building software with teams.
- 3+ years specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
- Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
- Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
- Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Meet leads with the sales team to translate requirements into clear documents and value propositions.
- Travel to meet leads and events, showcasing capabilities.
- Lead technical conversations with leads to determine optimal solutions and teams.
- Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations.
- Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
