BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Manager (IT) to lead medium to large-scale technology projects through staff augmentation, ensuring successful delivery of software products and organizational transformations by multidisciplinary, highly skilled teams.

You will secure project outcomes while fostering team development and maintaining strong client partnerships, with a focus on profitability, Agile practices, and a fully remote global workforce.

Formación

• 5+ years in engineering management or leadership roles.
• Strong communication and collaborative approach.
• Client-focused mindset with relationship-building.
• Experience in financial management and budget oversight.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• People management including performance planning and development.
• Solid IT industry background with Agile experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more medium to large technology projects using staff augmentation to deliver software products and transformations.
• Plan coordination and monitor deliverables; coach and mentor team members.
• Maintain effective communication channels and foster positive work environments.
• Optimize billable utilization and support capacity planning for profitability forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities within client relationships and deliver measurable value.
• Support IT strategy development, assess industry trends, and evolving requirements.
• Manage project expenditures, review budgets, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure service quality and adherence to organizational standards.
• Support team success by delivering exceptional results and meeting project commitments.
