• Experience working directly with US customers or stakeholders.

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Comfortable working in technical or technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion or similar PM tools.
• Professional presence on client-facing video calls.
• Reliable remote working setup.

• Participate in customer calls as facilitator and point of contact.
• Coordinate communication between customers, engineering, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables using PM tools.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Prepare structured meeting notes, document decisions, and track actions.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain proactive communication with enterprise customers.
• Identify potential communication gaps or project risks and escalate when necessary.
