Cadre AI is an AI strategy and integration firm building production AI systems for B2B clients. The Technical Program Manager will own intake, capacity planning, and the automation layer, partnering with engineering and product to remove blockers and deliver across 25+ concurrent engagements.

The role requires strong technical chops in Python/TypeScript, experience with third-party API integrations, and a proven ability to automate management tasks.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Python and TypeScript stacks.
• Experience with API integrations and event-driven pipelines.
• Strong remote collaboration across US and Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Own intake pipeline and capacity planning.
• Forecast capacity across 25+ engagements.
• Build automations for intake routing and reporting.
• Manage external contractors and ensure delivery standards.
• Read unfamiliar codebases and push technically when needed.
• Maintain project health and risk visibility.
