AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. This role balances hands-on architecture work, including domain-driven design and RESTful API patterns, with day-to-day mentorship of the team.

You’ll be comfortable making technical calls and standing behind them. Lead the squad to deliver high quality software, drive architecture, and foster growth.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with at least 4 years.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and RESTful services.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and domain-driven contexts.
• Experience building relational DBs (PostgreSQL, Oracle) with JPA/Hibernate.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead, guiding delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Design and implement backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop and connect the Angular frontend to backend logic.
• Drive domain-driven design and strong bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors, motivate the team, and enforce best practices.
• Know when to push back on decisions to protect architectural integrity.
