CBTW is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to drive design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications for mission-critical systems. You will provide technical leadership to frontend teams, define best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions.

Formación

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English level required.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend architectures.
• Proven experience leading frontend teams and architectural decisions.
• Experience designing microfrontend architectures at enterprise scale.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and integration patterns.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Advanced Security, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Experience creating or deeply integrating SDKs within React ecosystems.
• Experience driving engineering best practices, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
