AgileEngine is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. This role balances hands-on architecture work, including domain-driven design and RESTful API patterns, with day-to-day mentorship of the team.

The role calls for someone comfortable making technical calls and standing behind them. You will lead the squad, design robust backend services, and ensure a seamless UI-backend connection.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend Java development with Spring Boot required.
• Proven experience leading squads and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with Angular frontend integration and API orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of REST, OOAD, and domain-driven design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead squad to deliver backend services in Java/Spring Boot and Angular frontend.
• Architect RESTful APIs and drive domain-driven design transitions.
• Mentor juniors and maintain engineering standards across the team.
