AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. You will balance hands-on architectural work with day-to-day mentorship, making strong technical calls and standing behind them.

You’ll lead design and implementation of robust backend systems, evolve domain-driven structures, and ensure RESTful API quality while fostering high engineering standards and agile practices.

Formación

• Must have proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring能力.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, with 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong grasp of OOAD, design patterns and architectural awareness.
• Experience with domain bounded contexts and RESTful services.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to deliver while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services with Java/Spring Boot; maintain the Angular frontend.
• Lead the transition to domain-driven structures with strong bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors, promote good practices, and push back when needed to protect architecture.
