You will represent Assetara Limited on camera, evaluate candidate potential, and report directly to top management while maintaining accurate daily logs, candidate pipelines, and structured reports.

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and camera presence.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, or virtual assistance preferred.
• Stable home office with webcam, microphone, and reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates and post jobs across recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and manage inbound applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate across time zones.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record each session.
• Maintain daily logs, track pipelines, and submit reports.
